Return and Exchange Policy

Return Process for Online Orders:

If you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange it for specific products, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to do so.

This return process requires two basic conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered and in its original packaging.
  2. Please bring the product invoice; a copy of the invoice has been sent via email.
